Exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Piscataway, NJ area. This is a 3 month temporary role, slated to last through January with potential to be extended.
Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting.
Heavy data entry
Filing (physical and electronic), scanning, faxing, and distributing mail.
Retrieve files for personnel.
Take and deliver messages.
Sort and distribute incoming mail.
Count or measure mail.
Restock supply closet with printing paper, ink, pens, paper clips, staplers, files and folders.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Attention to detail
Comfortable operating office equipment
No Degree Required
1-2 years in an office / clerical capacity
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with CRM software a plus
