Administrative Assistant - Warranty Department

A growing client in Hatfield has an immediate opening for a temp to hire administrative assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a great team that offers a fun and flexible work environment and opportunity for growth. The primary responsibility of this position is to support the Warranty department with administrative work. The position can pay from $16 to $20 per hour depending on experience.
- File paper work electronically
- Manage calendars
- Answer a low volume of incoming calls
- Manage email inboxes
- Make copies and scan files as needed
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Must be outgoing and team oriented
- Must be organized
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Must be a self starter
- 1 year of office experience
