Call Center Representative Inbound

Our client located in Mansfield, MA is currently looking for 25 Customer Service/Call center agents to help assist in their call center!
Hours: 8am-6:30p (start/end times vary depending needs in call center, but is an 8 hour shift!)
Pay: (depends on experience)

-process customer orders, credits, returns and other related functions
-research, track and provide problem resolution relating to deliveries to internal or external customers
-able to identify when to properly escalate problem situation that may impact customer satisfaction
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-minimum of 1 year call center/customer service experience required
-positive, engaging, upbeat personality
-ability to problem solve with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
-flexible with change
-solid typing skills
-ability to multitask, work with in several platforms
-communicate clearly and effectively through both written and verbal mediums
-great work ethic
-high school diploma or equivalent
-must be able to read, write and speak English
-computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, One Note, Outlook
-ability to work under pressure and deal with conflict effectively
