Associate Human Resources Rep
Randstad Lewisburg is seeking candidates with the background to work at a major manufacturing facility in the HR Dept. The Associate Human Resources Rep is a new position with the opportunity to learn and use a variety of Human Resources functions. Initially the role will primarily focus on human resources administrative duties such as: employee leave administration, timekeeping and payroll, temporary employee management, onboarding, and training and development initiatives. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. 0-3 years of experience in a Human Resources Assistant or Coordinator role is required. Support the Human Resources team in the execution and delivery of both long-term projects and transactional activities.
Create, produce and analyze reports.
Work with temporary staffing agencies on all facets of hiring, including temp-to-perm activities.
As appropriate, directly support the business in the areas of employees relations, culture and talent development.
Additional duties as assigned
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Administration skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and competing priorities
Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
0-3 years of experience in a Human Resources Assistant or Coordinator role.
Proven aptitude to execute in a fast-paced professional environment
Clear and effective communication skills with demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships.
Would be required to obtain HRCI or SHRM Certification within 2 years (or when meet eligibility requirements)
Bachelor???s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
