Randstad is looking for a driven and organized individual with experience in office administration. The ideal candidate for this open position has proficient computer skills, works diligently to maintain a high level of organization within their workplace, and exudes excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
-Take pride in keeping a clean and delightful work space; including conference rooms, kitchens, and common areas.
-Handle correspondences, memos, and scheduling via email and phone
-Greet and assist clients/customers
-Answer phones and general inquiries
-Promptly and efficiently direct calls to the proper personnel.
-Provide clerical/administrative assistance as needed to individuals within the branch.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Strong writing skills
Strong communication skills
High level of integrity and honesty
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel)
1-2 Years of Administrative/Office/Receptionist experience
