Randstad is looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to join a team in Tigard.
You will manage a portfolio of Equipment Finance contracts, handle inbound and outbound customer calls and will be instrumental in strengthening client relationships while achieving established goals surrounding delinquency and losses. In addition, you will analyze documentation, contact customers and clients by telephone and/or written correspondence and arrange repayment schedules in order to minimize loss to the organization.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Collections/customer service experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent.
