Program Marketing Manager
Randstad has an exciting contract opportunity with a global organization located near downtown Denver. The length of the contract would likely be 8-9 months.
Experienced in end-to-end marketing program strategy, the individual is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of effective, marketing programs to create demand and generate leads in the global and regional markets as part of the Program Marketing team.
The successful candidate will have experience delivering inbound and outbound marketing programs through a variety of tactics. These programs include focus on lead generation, nurture, targeted marketing outreach, and awareness building activities.
Work closely with their Product Marketing, Regional Field Marketing and Content Marketing counterparts to ensure program plans meet business objectives, are designed for maximum impact, and leverage the customer and buyer??s journey.
Understand the buyer??s journey and customer life cycle and demand waterfall. Must be data driven, analytical, and have the ability to monitor/track success of programs and maintain a campaign dashboard of results and ROI.
Work with the Regional Field Marketing team to determine localization/customization requirements for regional markets, as well as gaining regional buy-in for global plans. Develop the programs to be successfully delivered in support of the regional business objectives. Work with Product Marketing Management to understanding Marketing requirements for product launches, and then creating strategic Marketing plans to support launches.
Candidate is required to be pro-active, possess strong communication skills, have the ability work in fast-paced environment, resolve issues, and manage multiple stakeholders.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Self-motivated with strong history of demonstrating initiative to job responsibilities and being proactive across all work
Ability to work under pressure
Experience in working with, as well as influencing and negotiating with various stakeholder groups
Strong, clear communications skills as well as the confidence to speak up to lead a discussion
Experience in a global and regional role, dealing with and managing multiple countries is a plus
Deep background managing and incorporating digital tactics into marketing programs
Pro-activeness is required and ability to plan ahead
Solid organization skills and strong attention to detail is key
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills are required with track record of driving measurable and meaningful business results
Must be data and result-driven and have the ability to multi-task and feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Good presentation, PowerPoint and excel skills are required
Marketo trained (Marketing Automation Platform) is a plus
Strong communication skill in a matrix organization between regional/global marketing team and Marketing/Sales Leadership team
Proficient in CRM/reporting tools such as Salesforce.com
Minimum 7-10 years of experience implementing and managing marketing and demand generation programs
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications Required
