Sales Support/Admin

Are you ready to work in one of New England's largest HVAC distribution centers? Do you like working in a team environment and interacting with other departments within the organization to facilitate customer orders? Do you thrive upselling products and doing administrative duties? Well, look no further! I have a role located in Malden, MA that needs to be filled ASAP.

Responsibilities:
This position is primarily responsible for coordinating and supporting the sales team in their businesses and industrial establishments or individuals by performing the following duties such as:

??? Processing & coordinating all equipment and parts & supplies orders taken by outside sales personnel as well as walk-ins, calling, and emailing sales orders from customers base
??? Making outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers and sending emails to qualify leads and sell products and services
??? Handling inbound sales leads calls and converting calls into sales
??? Preparing quotes from the sales department and entering orders for sales obtained
??? Estimating delivery dates to customer, based on knowledge of factor production and delivery schedule
??? Building and maintains customer relationships
??? Working with outside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date
??? Investigating and resolving customer problems

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

-Must be able to communicate with all departments within the workplace
-Self-starter, ambitious, not afraid of interaction with people they don't know
-Must not be afraid to upsell when given the opportunity

Education:
Associate

Experience:
Executive

Qualifications:
-Previous HVAC experience is preferred but not required
-Previous Sales experience is a plus
-Associates degree (a minimum)


-This role is temp to hire, full-time, Monday thru Friday and based out of the Malden, MA Corporate office location. This position will report directly to the Manager of Sales Order.
