Administrative Assistant Entry level
Randstad has an exciting opportunity to work with one of our business partners in the area as an Administrative Assistant. In this role you will utilize your customer service skills along with your administrative expertise to positively affect the business.
Read and route incoming mail
Compose and type routine correspondence
Organize and maintain file system
Answer and screen telephone calls
Other duties as assigned
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
Interpersonal communication skills whether it be written/verbal
Good time management skills and the ability to handle competing priorities
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Must be detail oriented
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
