About this role:
Focused primarily in the mortgage industry, a Document Scanning and Imaging Clerk is responsible for organizing and scanning incoming documents and uploading to the company's internal system.
- Data Entry
- Scanning and Imaging
- Working on Dual Screens
- Going through paper loan files
- Uploading image to internal systems for electronic review
- Create, print and attach cover sheets including accurate loan number and borrower information
- Review imaged documents for accuracy, completeness and image quality
Working hours: 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM
--Attention to detail
--Must be willing to work in structured environment with scheduled breaks
--Strong 10-key and Alpha Numeric Data Entry skills
--Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
--Some college experience
--1 year of clerical, production or operations experience
--Be able to handle repetitive administration work
--Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite
