Office Manager

Are you a dynamic Advanced Administrative Assistant with a proven track record in supporting high level executives and maintaining daily business operations? Are you dedicated and organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once? Do you enjoy organization and assisting a team with the most efficient process to complete projects? Randstad is currently seeking Office Managers with previous Senior Level Administrative or Executive Assistant experience with 4 or more years' experience in a professional office setting. This position is Temporary to Hire, beginning at $22/hr and between $45-50K salary, commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will be an individual who is task-driven and a self-starter who maintains composure under pressure and a positive attitude. Individuals who have minimum (and clearly shown on resume) 4 years previous experience as an Office Manager or Senior Administrative Assistant in a corporate office highly desired.

Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and oversee all administrative activities within the corporate office.
-Able to manage the front desk and receive all incoming visitors, clients, and investors in a professional and welcoming manner.
-Support the CEO and CFO calendar, schedule management, travel coordination and arrangements.
-Assist with special department projects and ensure deadlines are met.
-Assist HR Department with on boarding of new employees, interview coordination, and welcoming candidates.
-Manage the office area and presentation, including layout and equipment setup, and ensure coordination of housekeeping and cleaning services and processing facilities requests.
-Ability to interact with high profile clients and assist with Board Meeting organization, conference room and space reservation, luncheon reservations, and agenda preparation.
-Ensure office supply and inventory is stocked and ordered, ensure kitchen is clean and presentable at all times, and reserve catering and refreshments for all internal meetings.
-Process mail distribution, incoming and outgoing.
-Answer and screen calls and takes detailed messages.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
-- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite required.
-- Well versed in scheduling appointments and handling coordination of conferences and meetings and professional business acumen.
-- Professional written and oral communication.
-- Ability to take on multiple responsibilities and multi-task.
-- Possess and exemplify a motivated, "go-getter", work driven attitude and sense of urgency while anticipating the needs of the Executive and office team.
-- Knowledge of and experience with Adobe, Quickstart, Access, MS Live Meeting & WebEx highly desired.

Qualifications:
-- Minimum 4 years?? experience in a highly professional office setting as an Office Manager or Senior Administrative Assistant.
-- BS or BA in Business, Organizational Development, or Human Resources highly desired.
--Experience in a fast paced company environment.
