Customer Service - Outbound
Our client in Chandler is looking for a customer service representative to join their team. This client has been dedicated to providing accurate, reliable and easy to use instruments accompanied by exceptional customer service and technical support. The ideal candidate will provide information and materials in response to customer inquiries, issue RMA's, fulfilling requests, and close customer orders. The is a full-time role, Monday through Friday from 7 am to 4 pm.
Provide telephone support to customers as needed
Close repair orders
Update customer on instrument status as needed
Close all warrant/extended warranty orders
Process orders for timely delivery
Follow up on opened RMAs that have not been received
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
-High School Diploma
-Knowledge of domestic shipping protocols
-Knowledge of the MS Office Suite of Programs
