Dispute Analyst

My client in San Antonio seeking a strong candidate for a Dispute Analyst position. The shift will be Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM and the pay rate will be Pay Rate: $23.48

Responsibilities:
Independently performs moderately complex work assignments and problem resolution that assists the recovery team in achieving recovery goals, limiting losses, and identifying and reporting trends.
Analyze dispute case, attention to detail, quality of work and adhere to strict deadlines to prevent compliance fails, must be able to communicate effectively with member written and verbal.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Required Experience:

Previous back office disputes experience in a financial institution
Independent and analytical working who is adaptable to change.
Previous experience processing ACH returns in a disputes environment a plus
High School Diploma or equivalent

Education:
High School

Experience:
Entry Level

Qualifications:
VISA/VROL, Fidelity, Microsoft Office
3-5 years Banking Debit or credit card dispute experience/analytical/call center experience
