Customer Service Intermediate level
This customer service role involves answering calls to service current customers. This is a customer service only (no sales) position and is 100% on the phone (no email or chat).
This position is training from 8am-5pm for 7 weeks, then transitions to a later shift (3 options).
- Answering incoming calls
- Documenting calls
- Meeting assigned metrics
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- Customer service
- Basic computer skills
No Degree Required
- 1+ years customer service experience (call center center experience preferred but not necessary)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use basic computer systems
