Customer Service Representative
7:00-3:30 or 8:00-4:30
Handles inbound calls, which are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. Handles customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone. May answer inquiries, resolve problems, and promote products/services. Researches problem areas and documents processes used to correct issues.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Customer service focus
Ability to multitask
No Degree Required
Must have two years of call center experience (inbound or outbound)
Must have stable work history
Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
Data entry experience is a plus but not required
