Client Support Specialist

The Client Support Specialist is a temp to hire position offering a comprehensive benefits package, PTO, and the potential to advance within the organization.
The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for providing direct support to Senior Leadership in addition to Sales and Service teams. This position acts as a liaison between internal and external customers, as well as, creating presentations, assisting with proposals, and other documents associated with the sales process.
--Enter customer orders into SAP
--Download data from SAP into Excel and compare PO and invoices
--Submit all purchases orders
--Provide administrative support to the Sales and Service teams
--Create and coordinate production of client correspondence and presentation materials including proofreading and formatting
--Maintain collateral materials for marketing and client presentations and proposals
--Act as liaison between Client Service Reps and marketing events, graphics, sales, RFP teams and other departments in preparation for site visits, presentations and written proposals
--Maintained each Sales Representative's calendar; scheduled conference room reservations for internal strategy meetings and preparation sessions
--Deal preparation included Introductions, Request for Information, Request for Proposal, Finals and Site Visit prior to the prospect's final decision
--Created presentations based upon continual interaction with the Sales Service Team
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
--1-2 years of administrative or sales support experience
--Bachelor's Degree required
--Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
