As a Site Manager you are part of our Onsite Support Team and your passion for providing exceptional customer service will contribute to our world class high level of customer satisfaction. Acting as the first line of response to our client, you will communicate in an open helpful engaging tone; focus on delivering the right solutions for high volume staffing needs in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
The RIS Site Manager will act as onsite extension of the client's HR function, assuming responsibility for the full procurement lifecycle (recruitment, selection, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management) that directly supports the clients specific strategic and operational goals.

Maintain regular communication with key external client contacts and end users to provide tailored services and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.Develop and manage a talent pipeline that aligns with the clients needs and output requirements. Train, coach, and manage the workforce to achieve optimal productivity and output .Oversee workforce deployment to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and the successful fulfillment of agreements made with both the client and talent .Execute a proactive retention program to keep the workforce engaged and motivated .Execute branch action plan to achieve business goals and sustain a high level of service excellence

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Excellent leadership, facilitation and project management skills
Knowledge of the industry and experience supporting cross-functional/matrix organizations and working with senior managers
The flexibility to work in an environment with constantly shifting, and sometimes conflicting, priorities
Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of employees and management
Excellent knowledge of HR policies and practices, compensation and benefits, organization change and effectiveness
Demonstrated ability to drive changes through influence and collaboration in a team environment.
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills, collaborative style effective internal and external relations. Excellent demonstrated experience in Talent Management & Talent Development with experience operating as a Site Manager
Experience and demonstrated ability to develop leaders through formal programs

Bachelors

Experience:
Experienced

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources of related field.
Minimum of 5+ years in Talent Management and Organizational Management and /or HR Generalist experience.
