Human Resources Assistant

We are currently seeking a Human Resource Assistant. The salary is 45-55k depending on experience. Please send your resume to if qualified and interested.

-Compile, organize and keep personnel records.
-Record and confirm employee data such as address, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports on ability, and date of and reason for termination.
-Compile and type reports from employment records.
-File employment/personnel records.
-Search employee files and furnish information to authorized persons.
-Provide clerical/administrative support for HR projects.
-Update/scan Personnel files into electronic filing system.
-Create New Hire Packages.
-Update correspondences.
-Enter background checks.
-Full Cycle Recruiting
-Employee Relations

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

-Experience with MUNIS or a HRIS database preferred.



-Hands on experience working in a human resource or administrative capacity
-2+ years of Human Resources Administrative and clerical work experience required
-Detail oriented and very organized
-Professional demeanor. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Customer service oriented.
-Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel required.
-Experience with MUNIS or a HRIS database preferred.
