As an Call Center Sales Representative, you hold a pivotal role in an industry leading organization, creating an exceptional experience at every interaction for both new and existing customers while utilizing your sales skills as an advocate assisting businesses to remain compliant. The Call Center Sales Representative role maintains superior product knowledge, a passion for customer satisfaction and provides solutions to customer compliance needs in fast paced and energetic environment.

The primary role of the Call Center Sales Representative is:

Effectively communicate with customers who need to become or remain compliant with all state and federal laws and regulations regarding labor, OSHA, HIPAA, etc.
Handle high volume of outbound calls
Effectively navigate systems to lookup existing customer information in our databases
Foster a professional and positive communication with all peers and customers
Educate new and existing customers of available products and services
Possess an assertive work ethic and is comfortable overcoming objections aimed to increase conversions
Willing to have fun and engage in a high energy and collaborative work environment; accessible and knowledgeable Leadership Team
Ability to remain focused and productive each day, goal-oriented

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

A successful Call Center Sales Representative candidate will have:

Telephone sales experience with the ability to speak to business owners, office managers, and decision makers comfortably and persuasively
Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent follow-up and organization abilities
Intermediate to Advanced Computer skills-familiar with Microsoft Office, Customer Relationship Management software platforms, Autodialer experience a plus
Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit, attention to detail, and well organized
You bring a great attitude and go-getter mentality to the table and are open and able to tackle anything that comes your way

After our extensive and comprehensive PAID training program, you will have developed the skills to:

Meet sales goals providing product information; driving sales opportunities on every call
Accurately process returns, credits, and replacement orders, and
Effectively answer questions, identify, research and resolve customer issues

High School

Entry Level

- 1 + years' experience in up-selling, outbound phone sales, telesales, telemarketing or B2B sales, field marketing, canvassing, door to door sales, product demonstrations, B2B marketing, business development, retail sales and customer service, call center customer service, and associated fields providing sales, customer service

- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Full Time, Set Schedule Monday -Friday 6 AM - 2:30 PM, Guaranteed Weekly Hourly Pay ($14)+ UNCAPPED monthly commission + quarterly and annual bonuses. NO CAP TO YOUR annual earning potential!
