We are seeking Care Experts who are passionate about helping our consumers and who enjoy working in an experience center that ranks some of the top scores in engagement among the industry.

This dynamic person will answer consumer questions regarding appliances, primarily via phone. While Customer Service is our primary function, we have unique sales opportunities for most calls where your ability to sell will earn you commission based bonuses on top of your hourly rate. High performers earn the opportunity to receive pay increases each quarter.

Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Representative you will answer incoming calls, emails and messages from customers for researching solutions, taking bill payments, processing orders, reviewing options, and troubleshooting issues.
Customer relations is the primary function for this position, but it may also include minimal selling of promotion products and services. The calls are basic and routine in nature. Customers call into the Whirlpool Call Center and speak to our customer service team. You'll answer their questions about products and services. You will be working to up sell extended service plans and products while earning commissions bonuses. You will be eligible to earn pay increases during your first year. While working here you will have the opportunity to apply for a permanent position with the Whirlpool Corporation. You will be much more than part of a Call Center, you will be an expert who helps retain and grow the customer base!

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Maintain professionalism with customers while handling any issues or questions
- Retrieve and enter information into the database while resolving the question
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Sound reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read, understand and follow written policies and procedures

Education:
High School

Experience:
Entry Level

Qualifications:
- One year customer service experience
- Call center experience a plus
- High school diploma or GED
- Keyboard proficiency (30 wpm)
- Willing to submit to a background check and drug test
