Administrative Assistant for Purchasing Department

We are looking for a temporary administrative assistant to support the purchasing department of a great manufacturing client in Horsham!
The position will last through April and pay is $14-$18 depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Following up on purchase orders
- Upload and populate templates
- Purchase office supplies
- Enter information into spreadsheets
- Perform administrative tasks for shipments and trailers
- Obtain vendor information and enter into ERP

Skills:
- Basic computer skills (Word and Excel)
- Microsoft Dynamics ERP desired
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
