Job Summary
The HR Business Partner role will provide strategic generalist support to leaders at all levels within the business unit.

The individual will influence the business on issues involving talent assessment, succession planning, employee relations, employee and management development, compensation, performance management and employee engagement. In other words, a full-service business consultant with a client group.
??? Know the business being served to help address the organization and talent needs, including the implementation of Agile framework, inclusive of roles, career paths and talent management
??? Have knowledge of and provide solutions to meet the specific needs of the Technology business, in response to the evolving and competitive external landscape
??? Partner to implement and drive the people strategy on talent, resourcing, engagement and culture in alignment with the business priorities to drive results
??? Understand resource requirements and assist with headcount planning including global workforce planning and execution
??? Engage with recruiting COE to build talent strategy and pipeline for key roles within the industry
??? Coach leaders on how best to manage through change and transformation
??? Partner with senior leadership using strong influencing skills and providing HR guidance and solutions on hiring, career pathing, organizational change, culture and much more
??? Proactively review and analyze people metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and the employee experience
??? Ensure continuous Talent assessment & development
??? Provide leadership coaching
??? Drive capability building - performance management, coaching
??? Partner with COEs for People Service Delivery
??? Lead Annual people processes at Sr. Leadership team level
??? Intervene in Employee related investigations where required
??? Individual will be the point person for Managers, Sr. Managers and Leadership

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 AM

- Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast paced and dynamic environment with ambiguity and change; adapting to and being a champion for positive change
- Leverages strong business acumen and analytic capability to integrate HR and business strategies
- Able to uncover issues & root causes and apply business focused solutions
- Effective implementation of change management principles.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills
- The ability to get things done through others, without a direct reporting relationship
- Ability to apply and create "best practice" solutions
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and have a bias for thoughtful action
- Experience in one or more core HR disciplines (Compensation and Analytics, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, etc.)
- Skilled at building credibility and effective relationships and is a strong collaborator
- Demonstrated proficiency in coaching, influencing, negotiating and managing conflict
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Resilient with a high level of personal integrity and energy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Workday a plus
- A driven, results-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, open, and fun culture

??? 8-10years of relevant experience
??? Experience in a tech company preferred
??? Collaborative, hands-on ???roll up your sleeves??? mentality
??? Comfortable being the HR point of contact in this Regional office

Work hours: general Hours- 40 hour week
