Human Resources Assistant
The Human Resources position will provide HR support to the company. Using your knowledge of HR best practices and communication skills you will be responsible for providing expertise on all human resources matters including, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Using your organizational and administrative skills, you will play an integral role in recruitment, onboarding, HRIS maintenance, HR Metric tracking, file maintenance, and health and safety programs.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of relative experience in a manufacturing environment, advanced MS Office, possess the ability to multi-task, manage deadlines, and adjust well to change. Being able to read, write and speak in Spanish is a plus.
