Office Assistant (Law Firm)

San Francisco Law firm is looking for an Office Assistant to support daily office functions.

-Trouble shooting tech issues such as the printer, computers, and fax machine
-Organize meeting rooms
-Cover Front desk while answering phones
-Maintaining a tidy kitchen

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

-Organization skills
-Microsoft Office Suite
-Polished customer service skills



-1+ years of experience working in a Law Firm
