Medical Accounts Receivable Specialist
Randstad is currently recruiting for a Physician billing specialist in the Louisville area. This position would be a temp to hire position paying $17-$19 an hour.
This position is responsible for billing, follow-up, cash posting, customer service, and/or administrative functions.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Consistently manage and prioritize work queues to ensure all accounts are corrected and submitted timely.
-Maintain Productivity measures
-Maintains working knowledge of payor policies applicable to assigned work group
-Maintains acceptable worklist ageing percentage for accounts greater than 120 days from submit
-Maintain billing/coding knowledge of assigned specialty and identify trends
-High School graduate or GED certificate required; Associates Degree preferred
-3+ Provider billing in a multi-specialty practice preferred
-1-2 Years EPIC Practice Management experience preferred
-High level proficiency with use of basic computer applications
