Randstad, the #1 Staffing Company in the world, is looking to hire a Site Coordinator. The RIS Site Coordinator will contribute to the execution of RIS work processes via support of the onsite account team directly supporting the client's specific strategic and operational goals. This person will specialize in ensuring compliance and coordinating efforts pertaining to unemployment hearings, applicant screenings (background, assessments, drug testing), safety, payroll, I-9s, and talent records and workers compensation.
Primary job responsibilities will include assisting with shift set up, ensuring that Randstad talent are assigned to correct departments and to take attendance for each shift. Other duties will include but are not limited to:
Develop and manage a talent pipeline that aligns with the client's needs and output requirements
Participate in the hiring process by administering skill assessments, processing applications, and references.
Coordinate onsite and external drug tests
Complete and audit payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures
Maintain electronic and paper records to ensure effective, orderly and legal storage of personnel data
Conduct orientations with the client
Engage and participate in Safety Meetings
Maintain talent records in Randstad Front Office / Oracle Software
Distribute safety equipment and maintain the necessary inventory of PPE
Undertake any other tasks deemed appropriate to this role, as directed by the Site Manager
Working hours: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

--Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
3 years business experience preferred
Minimum 3 years in staffing or in the client's industry of specialization
