Prepare purchase orders and confirm prices
Prepare schedules for material lead times
Confirm receiving with warehouse
Prepare work orders and picking tickets
Request insurance certificates required for each job
Schedule delivery of material to job site
Schedule labor and process labor invoices
Prepare AIA and invoices along with job close out documents
Prepare billing and change orders
Other office duties as needed.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Good communication skills
Work well on a team or alone
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word , Outlook)
Organized and accurate
Attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Ability to work well independently and on a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office
2 years of Purchasing Experience
