Randstad is partnering with a leading retailer in Downtown Minneapolis in search of a multi-fascinated Administrative Assistant. This individual will be processed based and comfortable working in Excel. This is a temporary contracted position for 6-12 months, but is excellent experience to add to a resume.
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
Type: Temporary 6-12 months.
--Daily work order review (50+ daily)
--Proposal review, approval, denial and follow up
--Follow up with escalated issues as necessary
--Inventory management and data entry
--Provide insights to vendor performance or trends of the business
--Ensure process documentation is developed and updated accordingly
--Communicate with vendors via phone and email.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
--Critical thinking skills
--Strong ability to follow processes on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
--Excellent attention to detail
--Strong system skills and an ability to quickly learn new applications
--Exceptional organizational skills
--Experience with synthesizing data and presenting to a leadership team
--High School Diploma or GED equivalent
--Ideal candidate has accounting/auditing or other task driven experience
