Administrative Assistant

We are currently recruiting for an experienced administrative assistant for a reputable company in the Johnson City area. To be considered for this position you must apply online and provide a resume.

This position is slated to start January 2020.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support for management and program personnel
Resolving priorities in a fluid, fast paced environment
Managing Outlook calendars, e-mail accounts, and conference room bookings
Daily coordination with neighboring program team and fellow Administrative Assistant(s)
Processing of overhead expense requests to off-program leadership
Arranging international/domestic travel
Preparing expense reimbursement reports
Managing office supplies for program area
Coordination of international/domestic visitors
Direct support for the planning and coordination of special office/team events

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Prior experience supporting senior -level management, Manager-level or above.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and knowledge of how to effectively integrate with Apple IPhone services.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and quickly adjust to changing priorities
Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
Attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to deal with executive level contacts both within and outside of work.
Exceptional organizational skills
Exceptional decision making skills
Ability to handle high volume of calls and e-mails and respond in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelors

Qualifications:
Bachelor??s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 3-5 years of prior relevant administrative experience
Previous experience in an administrative role supporting multiple leaders
Proven quick learner and self-starter
Ability to work well independently and in teams
Demonstrated excellent prioritization and organizational skills
Excellent proficiency on Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel software/applications
Excellent professionalism and interpersonal skills
Team player that can multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment
Prior experience making travel arrangements, auditing travel expenses and credit cards, and processing expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
