To develop, establish and execute marketing strategies to drive growth, differentiation and profitability, reporting to the VP, Client and Employee Engagement. Effective management of the marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the organization. Provides tactical and strategic support for business development.
-Builds marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of over strategic marketing plans; ensures marketing programs adhere to established department budgets
-Develops business cases for marketing programs and makes recommendations to leadership on marketing tactics and initiatives
-Leads the execution of marketing programs and campaigns from start to finish, driving collaboration and working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors and partners
-Ensures brand message is consistent across marketing materials, programs, platforms, and campaigns
-Is the primary point of contact for creative and marketing agencies; serves as the internal project manager for marketing program and campaign deliverables and initiatives
-Effective analysis of customer segments and customer buying behavior.
-Effective analysis of market trends affecting services and competitors and their strategies.
-Lead development of impactful value propositions that that distinguish us from competitors across our services of clinical trial drug supply, secondary operations and ancillary supplies.
-Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies
-Conducts market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of our services
-Composes, develops, evaluates, and conducts training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies
-Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows
-Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy and/or campaign
-Lead, recruit, develop, and manage a team of individuals dedicated to the marketing and client support team
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Proven leadership ability
-Thorough understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels and practices
-Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
-Ability to think creatively and innovatively
-Strong project management and problem-solving skills
-Proven ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
-Strong communication skills, specifically creative and business writing skills
-Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
Bachelor???s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business and a minimum of 8 years of Marketing experience required, with strong preference for biopharma R&D services marketing experience.
