This is a temp to hire opportunity that will allow you to assist in several different areas.
-Assist with reports, financials and meeting arrangements
-Assist with any events that require help
-Handle any duties related to memberships
-Help manage company website/ provide suggestions on how to improve
-Handle any proofreading required for certain materials
-Assist with additional administrative duties as required
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize
-Strong oral and written communication skills
-Strong follow-up skills
-Must be a proactive go-getter who is not afraid to ask to take on projects/ tasks
-Resourceful and willing to learn
-Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred but not required
-1-2 years of administrative or coordinator experience preferred
-Experience within non-profit is a plus
-Strong knowledge in MS Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
