CSR/Admin

One of our reputable clients is seeking a reliable administrative assistant to join their team 800-500.

Responsibilities:
-Support office staff
-Schedule appointments
-Provide information to callers, composing memos and letters
-Maintain database and client files
-Create email blasts
*Excel Experience and Testing Required

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Skills:
- 2 to 5 years experience in a simillar role
- Able to use the entire Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using multi-line phone systems
- Able to act professionally and greet customers
- Attention to detail and organizational skills

Education:
Associate

Entry Level

Qualifications:
Job duties:
Dispatching drivers, going over paperwork, data entry, tracking on the computer (trucks, late deliveries), driver logs, sending reports, answer calls from drivers and be able to assist with basic questions

---------- Requirements: must be proficient in computer skills (excel to include basic formulas), very organized, good communication skills (requires a lot of email/follow-ups), ability to learn new computer systems


Position may also be part time depending on experience and fit.
