A great company near Kennett Square, PA is looking to add a Sales Assistant and Customer Service Representative member to their team on a temporary basis!
This position will entail sales support, general office work, order management and customer service.
If you are an experienced admin who is comfortable interacting with customers over the phone and excited about jumping into a new opportunity this could be a great role for you!
*Please note: the office hours are not your typical office hours Wednesday - Friday : 7:30am-4:30pm and Saturday-Sunday from 7am-4pm.
This is a full-time, temporary position
Pay rate is $16-18/hr based on expeirence
- Taking customer orders
- Assisting sales team
- Verifying fulfilment of oders
- Correspondence via phone and email with customers and clients
- Additional Administrative tasks as needed
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- General computer skills
- Typing speed of 40+WPM
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional phone presence and communication style
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
-2+ years experience in an administrative postion, supporting a sales team preferred
