Human Resources Assistant

Randstad is looking to hire a Human Resources Assistant that has current or previous experience handling high volume recruitment for various skill sets, some payroll in ADP and intake info. You must possess HR or Recruiting background to qualify and be open to weekend work if recruiting is needed over the weekend.

Responsibilities:
High volume recruitment for various skill sets.
Payroll, sourcing and intake experience for applicants
Experience handling e-verify, posting jobs and sourcing for qualified talent. '
Experienced in handling excel, word and outlook as these systems will be used daily to complete tasks assigned.
Ability to multitask and work in fast paced environments.

Working hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Computer savvy
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Education:
High School

Experience:
Experienced

Qualifications:
Computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook
At Least 2-3 years of HR Experience
