If so, we have an amazing opportunity for you! We are currently adding to our team at Whirlpool Corporation's Fortune 500 Trade Customer Support center. This is a long-term temp to perm opportunity.

We are currently hiring for in-home agents at a full-time capacity (40 hours per week). Competitive pay rates - $12.00/hr (without 4-year degree) and $14.00/hr (with 4-year degree). As a requirement of the position, you should have open availability Monday-Friday, 8 AM EST - 8 PM EST and Saturday, 8 AM EST - 5 PM EST, as you could be scheduled to work at anytime during the hours noted. Additionally, you may be scheduled to work as late as 10 PM during promotional season (June-July and November-December). This position is 100% working from home with virtual training.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support our trade partners, consumers, and internal process partners by phone. Activities include; working with 3rd party companies, resolving customer inquiries regarding order status and appliance deliveries using a designated computer system. Will use multiple computer programs to research and find solutions for the store representative or customer. Calls are inbound and volume fluctuates depending on the time of year. This position does not require selling.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly with minimal assistance
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Predictable attendance
- Proficient in typing and data entry
- Intermediate computer skills and Windows experience

High School


- High School Diploma or GED (proof required during screening process)
- One year customer service experience required, previous call center experience is a plus
- Logistics knowledge is helpful
- Background and drug screening required for hire
