Marketing Coordinator--Real Estate

Randstad Pooler is hiring for a marketing real estate coordinator who will coordinate, manage and perform all marketing and communications along with a wide
variety of administrative, organizational duties on behalf of C-Level executives on beautiful Hilton Head Island, SC. Other job duties include planning, coordinating, supervising and completion of software integrations,

-Interview and speak in videos
- Conducts surveys in Salesforce and calculates results
- Preparation of communications, publications, emails and external correspondence for
daily, weekly, monthly reporting and member distribution
- Creates and Assists with brand strategy ideas
- Creates and implements promotions
- Coordinates Mapping projects
- Database management
- Knowledge of all policies, procedures, Bylaws, Rules
- Adherent to predefined budgets for associated projects
- Coordinate Marketing and Salesforce CRM projects
- Resolves administrative problems by analyzing information, identifying and
communicating solutions
- Provides information to customers by answering questions and requests
- Confirm/update monthly calendar in Google
- Prepare for Corporate meetings
- Prepare all Board Meetings
- Plan, budget, and Prepare Annual Member Event
- Tour Calendar Preparation
- Weekly Newsletter sent out of Constant Contact on Thursdays
- Create Workflow for all Weekly Communications
- Greet and Assist Members
- Real Estate exposure preferred
- Perform assigned staff jobs requested by C-Level

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

-Organizational astuteness
- process improvements intuition and experience
-ability to learn quickly and have a "jump in" personality
-develop marketing strategy and implementation skills
-excellent in social media, event coordination, vendor coordination
-ability to build client loyalty and long standing relationships
-critical experience in writing and grammar skills, basic/HTML design skills, reporting skills
- Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office are required



-Must be eligible to work in the United States
-Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-Must be able to work extended hours and a flexible schedule
-Must be willing to commute to Hilton Head, SC.
