Our client is seeking an energetic and organized Administrative Assistant to join their team immediately. Ideal candidates have administrative support experience and familiarity with QuickBooks (or similar software), as well as knowledge of basic HR functions. A fantastic contract-to-hire opportunity for someone who enjoys being in a truly dynamic role!
- Interacting with customers and clients via phone
- Maintaining office organization
- Light bookkeeping and assistance to the accounting team
- Data entry
- HR support: onboarding and enrollment
- Assisting staff and managers on special projects and as needed
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Extremely organized, quick thinker, resourceful, and independent.
- Able to multi task
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe
- Knowledge of Quickbooks and basic accounting
- Associate's degree or equivalent
- Related industry experience
