Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a junior level Administrative Assistant for a temporary to permanent opportunity. The ideal candidate for this role would be one who is eager to enter into the insurance industry, has a willingness to learn and great skills with basic accounting/administrative support tasks. The hourly rate for this position would be $15.50/hr and the schedule would be full time; Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm.

This would be a clerical support role and the person in this position would support the team with tasks including but not limited to maintaining incoming calls, processing paperwork, data entry, maintaining the internal filing system and general customer service support.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

* Excellent attention to detail and basic math skills


Entry Level

* Bachelors Degree (4 year degree) preferred
* 1-2 years of Office support experience in a professional environment
