Customer Service Representative

Position is handling high volume inbound Medicaid calls, documenting while on call, researching information and using various client computer systems.

Responsibilities:
Call Center
Customer Service
Problem Solving
Strong attendance
Ability to take initiative
Can work with little to no supervision
Strong computer skills
Dual monitor experience

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Skills:
Strong job tenure
Call Center experience preferred
Customer Service - face to face experience desired
Problem Solver
Strong computer skills - will need to toggle between screens and navigate various client systems

Education:
High School

Experience:
Entry Level

Ability to navigate computer systems while using dual monitors and answering calls


Selected candidates to start once screenings clear.
Strong possibility of contract to perm
Need to be flexible within the range of 5am - 8pm, Monday thru Friday
