Inbound Call Center
A large company is hiring Medicaid customer service reps at their call center location in Albuquerque, NM!
Duration: 4 months, with potential for extension or perm placement
Location: Albuquerque, NM 87106
Schedule: M-F, shifts can range between 5 Am and 8 PM (will be assigned an 8-hour shift)
**Multiple assessments required to be considered
Position is handling high volume inbound Medicaid calls, documenting while on call, researching information and using various client computer systems
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Strong computer skills - will need to toggle between screens and navigate various client systems
- Call Center experience preferred
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent job tenure in previous roles
- Problem Solver
- Strong attendance
- Takes initiative - Can work with little to no supervision
