Call Center Representative
Randstad is currently interviewing candidates for a call center role! Candidates must have the flexibility to work between the hours of 5 a.m. - 8 p.m. as an 8 hour shift will be worked somewhere between those hours.
Position is handling high volume inbound Medicaid calls, documenting while on call, researching information and using various client computer systems.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Go Getter attitude
Can work with little to no supervision (training and position will be remote to start)
Strong computer skills - will need to toggle between screens and navigate various client systems
Call Center experience preferred
Customer Service face to face experience desired
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not required
Must have High school diploma/GED - will be required to submit a copy of education record
