Collections

Reduces losses by negotiating and collecting payment on delinquent retail, consumer, residential or auto accounts. The position will start as work from home and may convert to working onsite. Required equipment will be provided

Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities are collections, customer service, and other loss mitigation and recovery activities.
Contacts customers in order to secure payment and determine reason for delinquency on active loan/credit card accounts.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
Ability to convince customers to pay their debt & provide a positive experience for the customer
Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Outlook
