Processing Clerk

Our Client, a large bank , located in Fort Worth, TX, has an immediate need for transaction processing clerks. This role will pay $18.75 an hour and last about 2 months.

As a Transaction Processing Specialist in Document Management Services Support, you will provide excellent service that meets or exceeds department's productivity, quality and service level expectations.
You will execute transactions properly and accurately and respond to external and internal client requests and inquiries.

Department responsibilities include reading and sorting all incoming mail and faxed correspondence.
All sorted mail will be logged under the appropriate inquiry type, indexed, imaged or forwarded to the proper areas for review and response.
Department is also responsible for processing high volume mail, including registration renewal requests and recalls on lease accounts, outgoing mail that is returned undelivered by the Postal Service as well as processing numerous same day functions as defined by the Management team.
To meet those demands, you will focus on understanding the firm???s service policies, systems, and legal compliance regulations, as well as our products and services.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Strong knowledge of banking industry business structures a plus; previous experience in motor vehicle operations preferred
Must be willing to work in a fast paced, heavy volume environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
Must be willing to work in shifting schedules
Ability to meet quality and productivity standards
Ability to adhere to regulatory and compliance controls and policy requirements
Strong previous customer service experience strongly preferred
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills; professional and courteous
Must have strong problem solving, analytical and decision making skills
Ability to multi-task; typing while reading, viewing multiple screens and systems, keeping up to date with new procedures and tracking all items processed
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
Excellent written and verbal skills
Must display a high sense of urgency
Must be highly adaptable to change
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs

High School


HS Diploma or GED required
