Call Center Representative (Life Insurance)
Prominent Life Insurance agency is looking for Client Service Representatives to focus on handling 60+ inbound calls.
Collaborative environment where ability to meet call volume metrics and quality of calls can lead to on target earnings of $60k+ annually.
Correspond with 60-80 clients over the phone daily
Assist clients with insurance applications as well as understanding their policies
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Expert communicator with the ability to keep calls clear and concise (8 mins or less average)
Organized note taker who can keep themselves accountable to logging interactions in the company's CRM system
Experience working in a call center environment; ideally metric driven environment with high call volume
Experience in insurance is a plus
Bachelors degree preferred
