Call Center Representative Inbound
Randstad is seeking enthusiastic customer service professionals in Fairfield County, CT! These positions are based on candidate professionalism, communication skills, typing abilities, and the drive to assist customers. We currently have second shift available!!

-Handle a high volume of inbound calls daily
-Perform all aspects of call center duties, including but not limited to greeting callers according to account specifications; record and deliver messages, furnish information, accept orders, and relay calls
-Assist in the training of new operators when needed
-Provide efficient, courteous, professional service to clients following company policies
-Maintain courteous, cooperative attitude and display team spirit with all callers, clients, and co-workers
-Become proficient in call handling for all customers by reading the account information consistently
-Make general changes and updates to customer accounts
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
-Enthusiastic and friendly working demeanor
-Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm (you will be required to take an assessment)
-Must be able to handle a high volume of inbound phone calls
-General knowledge of computers
-Typing minimum of 35 wpm accurately
-Proficient communication skills (written and verbal)
-In-depth knowledge of call center customers
-Minimum High School diploma
