Medical Customer Service Rep
Have a passion for people? A growing medical company is looking to expand their Customer Service department with experienced and hard-working individuals to communicate with patients, insurance companies and providers.
Receive/complete inbound and outbound phone calls to health care providers/patients/insurance providers and identifying the type of assistance needed . Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information into database.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Working in a high-volume call center
-Excellent communication skills
-Bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus!
-Medical Terminology knowledge
-Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
- 3+ years of medical Customer Service/Patient Advocate experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Works/communicates well with patients/providers
