Human Resources Associate

.HR Associate's primary role is to support the Human Resource Department. The role will be responsible in providing comprehensive administrative and systems support to the HR team in order to deliver effective, efficient, confidential and proactive HR service to the business

Create and track offer letters, schedule interviews, where applicable, and post open positions.
Coordinate with new-hire processes: including scheduling employee orientation, entering new hire data into HRIS, creating new employee files, ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurately completed and submitted to appropriate people. Provide best-in-class experience for new hires throughout the onboarding process
Track all pre-employment screening activity and coordinate results to appropriate Human Resources personnel. Responsible for processing all background checks.
Maintain HR systems ensuring systems up-to-date and accurate
Run monthly reports as well as maintain and update reports for tracking and compliance purposes
Schedule and track employee terminations ensuring off-boarding is complete
Responsible for all department filing, records maintenance, and general overall department organization while maintaining confidentiality.
Process department invoices in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure immigration filings and required paperwork is properly tracked and maintained
Assist employees with their Human Resources questions and issues
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state laws
Assist with travel arrangements
Order supplies as needed
Support the Human Resource department with administrative requests
Assist with projects as needed

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

3+ years' experience in a Human Resource Administrative role
Experience in the Recruiting function a plus
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems, and HR Information Systems, Ultipro a plus
Excellent collaborator with a focus on teamwork
Strong communication skills both oral and written
Customer oriented
Highly organized and detail oriented
Sense of urgency
Positive, can-do attitude
Strong understanding of confidentiality
Able to follow directions accurately and without hesitation
Willing to take initiative and work independently when needed



Bachelor's Degree preferred and prior experience in HR/People Operations or as an HR Coordinator/Generalist
Empathy, integrity, and emotional intelligence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization and prioritization skills
Advanced level Excel Skills
