Call Center Representative
Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, currently has openings for Call Center Representatives in Winston-Salem!
Receive inbound calls from the Medicaid population to assist with general inquires:
Calls range from eligibility to status
Assisting with finding providers
Providing enrollment information, benefit coverage and authorization status
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Must be well-spoken
Ability to multi-task
Experience in the healthcare field a plus
1-2 years of call center experience
Ability to work an 8 hour shift
Must be flexible Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturday 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
