Maintaining a professional relationship with vendors, while requesting and fulfilling RMA request. Coordinating with different department within the company, to return defective items back to Vendor. Maintaining inventory for both internal and external (items returned to vendor) parts.
Request RMA for defective parts.
Once RMA is approved, coordinate with each individual team to make sure defective items are shipped out in a timely manner.
Maintaining the inventory for both items that are within ZT and items that were returned back to vendor, until a proper disposition has been made
Working hours: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Experience in Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power point
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Inventory Management Skills
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Educational qualification: Associate Degree or 2 years work experience in sales, customer service or any professional business environment.
