Call Center Rep - Work from home

Randstad is partnering with a leader benefit administration provider to hire multiple customer service representatives working from home!
The Customer Service Representative must be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge of the clients' benefit plans to ensure the maximum level of service when assisting with enrollments and other inquiries.
In this role you must:
o Respond to customer inquiries regarding benefits that Companies offers to their employees
o Assist plan participant with enrolling in their employer benefits
o Ensure all communications and transactions with the call center are properly documented in appropriate systems
o Perform research as needed to respond to complex customer inquiries
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
o-Strong PC skills - ability to navigate several applications at once
o-Communication - written and verbal
o-Sense of urgency
o Highschool education
o Customer service experience preferred
